Important message
When upgrading from an earlier version of firmware the door controller will default to factory settings and require reprogramming. We recommend that you backup the programming before upgrading.
New features:
Compatible with Challenger10. The Four-Door controller can be used with either Challenger10 panels or Challenger V8 panels.
Soft time zones can be assigned to doors (Challenger10 only).
Both soft and hard time zones can be assigned to the four-door controller's doors when used on a Challenger10 system.
Hard default via keypad. The RAS menu option 3. "Initialize database" removes the need to short the “super cap” on the four-door controller PCB to default the controller.
Issues resolved in this release:
Improved macro logic handling.
Macro logic handling inside the door controller has now been improved.
DOTL generated after manual control.
If an override timezone locks a door that has been manually unlocked, either by macro or software, the DOTL was generated erroneously.
Warning relay activates when the override timezone is active.
The warning relay would activate for a short period of time if the door was unlocked via a timezone.
Known Issues:
Unable to configure door group 245.
This is only an issue if trying to program door group 245 through keypad programming. There is no issue if using management/configuration software.
