Ensure ‘Zero Chall Address’ IS NOT TICKED
Ensure the Command Queue is at 0% (empty). Admin > Command Queue.
Activate System
NOTE: You do NOT need to program "Challenger > V8 IP Configuration" in Titan. It is already programmed in the Challenger (Menu 47) and will be uploaded during Upload All, or you can manually upload these settings after successful connection. If you have programmed this record and cannot connect, delete it, clear the command queue, and upload it once you have successfully connected.
Troubleshooting:
1, Go over the above again -Its is easy to miss 1x setting and nothing works.
2, Ensure port 3001 is clear through all firewalls and routers for TCP/IP and UDP
3, Turn OFF PC's firewall PC.
4, Connect directly from PC to Panel (to ensure network is not blocking comms)
5, Ensure any Anti Virus is not blocking connection.
