Resolution - History report shows no events when history exists
Updated
Problem:
When running a history report in Titan there are no results displayed, despite there being events in the Event window and the date you're searching for is valid.
Cause:
Often, this is caused by the Date setting in Windows being set to a US format (default selection on Windows installation). Titan holds events in Australian dd/mm/yyyy format. These formats are different, therefore Titan cannot find the events when searching.
Solution:
You can ensure your localization settings are set correctly to your exact place. Follow the below steps and check-
Open the Clock and Region dialog from the Control Panel
On the Region Options tab, ensure "English (Australia)" is selected as the current format.
Check that the Short Date is displayed as d/MM/yyyy.
If not, click Customize next to the "English (Australia)" setting.
In the Date tab, select "d/MM/yyyy" in the Short date format drop-down box.
Ensure the Date separator is " / ".
On the Location tab, ensure Australia is selected under Current location.
