This article shows you how to open System Manager when it is already running in the background.
Most times you can open it from the System Tray, but if it is not on the system tray, you can close it in Task Manager and re-open it in TITAN > File > System Maintenance.
To close it in Task Manager, press Ctrl-Alt-Del > Task Manager > Processes > Select SystemMgr.exe > End Process
