PDOXUSRS.* 

Directory is locked - File is locked - Comms have been disabled

This error can occur after a system crash or sudden shutdown of Titan/Windows

Select No to system restore.

You need to remove all "lock" files from Titan.
All *.lck or PDOXUSRS.NET files need be deleted
They are usually found in the following locations.

c:\

c:\program files (x86)\tecom\bin\

c:\program files\tecom\bin\
