The breakdown of the *.CSV file is as follows
Column A = Facility (for Ignore Facility use GLOBAL FACILITY in this field)
Column B = Last Name
Column C = First Name
Column D = Middle Name 1
Column E = Middle Name 2
Column F = Employee ID
Column G = Personnel Type
Column H = Department
Column I = Address 1
Column J = Address 2
Column K = Address 3
Column L = Address 4
Column M = Telephone
Column N = Profile Description
Column O = Photo Image (File name)
Column P = User field 1
Column Q = User field 2
Column R = User field 3
Column S = User field 4
Column T = User field 5
Column U = Badge Group
Column V = Site Code
Column W = Badge Number
Column X = Card data (only required for user defined badge groups such as RAW Data)
Column Y = Pin
Column Z = Badge Status
Column AA = Issue Date
Column AB = Expiry Date
If you get any errors check the error message for information as to the reason.
Most common mistake is not having populated badge group, user number, site code.
Without all three (unless RAW data) the system is unable to create card data.
