Important information regarding Forcefield 7.2.0, build 49

This announcement affects customers who downloaded Forcefield 7.2.0 build 49

Unfortunately, we have discovered a potential issue when downloading users to multiple panels. This error may occur on any site operating Forcefield 7.2.0 build 49

Please note that this issue does not affect earlier versions of Forcefield software, nor does it affect the operation of Challenger panels.

Recommendations

Sites currently running on Forcefield 7.2.0 build 49 should upgrade to Forcefield 7.2.0 build 52 or later.

Download the appropriate file (IMG for USB installs, ISO for CD installs) and run it as per a version upgrade, and your Forcefield system will be updated.
