Carrier Fire & Security customers and account holders (Aritech, LenelS2, Kidde, Quell and Onity) may request the return of an item for credit or replacement if the product has been purchased directly from Carrier.
Quell consumer product returns
If you would like to return a Quell branded product - such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher or fire blanket - we ask that you return it to your place of purchase. Note that the retailer may ask for your receipt.
If you do not have your receipt and you believe the product is faulty, please click here to submit a warranty claim.
