Amazon Web Services (AWS), the hosting company of our TruVision Cloud servers, is planning maintenance work on the servers. The TruVision Cloud servers are used for our ezDDNS service and for our TruVision Navigator firmware update service.
Date and time of outage
- The planned outage will occur on Friday, 3rd September 2021 at 12.30pm AEST, OR Saturday, 4th September 2021 at 10.00pm AEST and will last maximum 1 hour.
- The outage will impact the ezDDNS update service for recorders and cameras. Any update that is done during the hour of the outage will be processed after the services are restarted.
This means that if the local dynamic IP address of the user changes during the outage, then that change cannot be processed immediately but will be processed after the services are restarted. It is anticipated that the maximum disruption to the end-user will be 1 hour, with no access to site recorder/cameras.
Please note that recorder/camera firmware cannot be upgraded via TruVision Navigator during the outage.
