If CTPlus is running behind a restrictive firewall, and can't access firmware or software updates, you may find you need to have a Firewall exception created by IT at the site.
Both Firmware, and CTPlus software updates are retrieved from our AWS (Amazon Web Services) server.
To allow CTPlus to receive these, exceptions need to be created for the following sites / URLs:
Software updates:

2. https://s3.amazonaws.com/utcfs
Firmware repository:
1. https://firmware-repos.s3.amazonaws.com
2. https://s3.amazonaws.com/firmware-repos
