Abillity to turn siren off when input is still unsealed (still allowing alarm to report via CID)

Example:

3rd party input triggers, input remains unsealed for 10 min.

Customer wants to be able to turn off alarm locally before input has resealed.

Macro logic

Function on timed 5 seconds

Input - event flag from fire alarm

Activate second input

Second input

-Type 15  local alarm 

- Will disarm regardless of fire alarms status.

- Will trigger siren/turn of when coded
