Ensure Ignore challenger events is not ticked (File> System)
Ensure system's I.P. is set in Management SW 1 (in 19>47 or IP config in Titan)
Ensure Ethernet Activity Timeout is set to 5 Min (Heartbeat in 19>47 or IP config in Titan)
Ensure Event Reply Timeout is set to 5 Min (Event Ack in 19>47 or IP config in Titan)
Tick extended event protocol for late firmware builds.
