Troubleshooting
Once you have gone through the steps stated in Forcefield 6.4 Video Integration Setup and you find that you are still having problems, there are a couple of things that might cause the video integration not to work
Symptoms
- Red cross in system tray - Shows that the client (VPC) is not able to connect to the server (VSM). Ensure that the IP addresses and port numbers are in order. If unsure please check Forcefield 6.4 Video Integration Setup.
- Green plus icon in system tray, but unable to pull Configuration Menu - Make sure the Forcefield Site ID in the VPC and VSM is EXACTLY the same. Ensure DVR ID and Camera names do not contain commas "," or slashes "/ \".
If all else fails, please send the logs to support@interlogix.com.au. Depending on your operating system, you can find the logs in :-
