Existing Challenger10 customers can protect their hardware investment and upgrade to a ChallengerPlus, to take advantage of the modern features and functionality that the new ChallengerPlus delivers.

Upgrading from Challenger10 to ChallengerPlus can be done from within the CTPlus software, available from the Aritech website.

How to upgrade your firmware

Firmware is available via CTPlus (installer software). You will need to download CTPlus from the Aritech website before you can proceed with installation and setup.

How to revert your ChallengerPlus to a Challenger10

While the advanced feature set of the ChallengerPlus will meet most customer needs, there may be circumstances in which you want to run existing Challenger10 firmware.

The Aritech team have taken this into consideration and made it very easy for a customer with a ChallengerPlus control panel, to revert the firmware so that the panel is running like a Challenger10.
